I first entered the media realm as Executive Producer & Host of my Telly award-winning educational fitness TV show—The Body Perfect—for ten years.  Some of you may have helped cheer me on to win a championship title on that wacky Hollywood reality TV show,  American Gladiators! Or maybe you’ve heard of my unusual passion for collecting Wizard of Oz memorabilia. My private collection—perhaps the largest in the world—has over 3,500 Oz items!

As a national media personality and independent film producer, I have devoted the last ten years of my life to inspiring children across America  to exercise, eat healthy and learn positive values as Executive Producer, Creator and Star of my 13-time national-award-winning children’s film—Adventures in Oz with Cheryl. My film career highlights include:  the Yellowstone Film Festival’s “Grand Geyser Award,”  a “5-Star Rating” from the Dove Foundation, and the Hollywood Film Advisory Board’s “Award of Excellence.”

In my local community, I volunteer as Chairman of the Speaker’s Bureau for Ovar’coming Together advocating ovarian cancer awareness nationwide.

Today, as a Professional Speaker, I travel across the country offering corporate audiences my personal stories of overcoming obstacles to achieve by taking a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to beat the odds in business—and in life. Because when it comes to chasing dreams, it’s not over until the “fit” lady sings!
