Emilie Barta's #1 goal is engaging the audience...no matter where they are located. She helps design the audience's experience before the event, hosts the audience's experience at the event, and continues the audience's experience after the event through the power of video, online communities, and social media.

Emilie's 15 years of broadcast/video experience and 13 years of live event experience enable her to help meeting, conference, and trade show organizers plan successful, visually stimulating, and interactive hybrid events. Known for her audience engagement expertise, she is forging new territory in the blended conference world and in creating the role of virtual emcee to ensure that the virtual audience feels like they are in the room even though they are not physically in the room.

In addition to championing the virtual audience's experience during hybrid and virtual events, Emilie is passionate about engaging and educating face-to-face audiences. She "runs the show" as a professional Host, Emcee, and Panel Moderator at corporate meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Emilie is a true collaborator and valuable resource during the planning process, helping to refine concepts and bring ideas down to a usable level. She also helps planners develop strategies that promote events to the "audience unable to attend" and engage online communities through video.
